Job summary

Build-A-Bear Workshop is seeking a Bear Builder to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will assist guests in creating personalized furry friends and ensure a memorable experience with a warm, engaging demeanor.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, maintaining brand standards, and working collaboratively with the team. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate’s degree in business is preferred.

Required Qualifications
