The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers professionally and build lasting relationships. You will educate clients on tile products, assist with selections, and drive sales through commission-based incentives.

Job Description

45K to 75K expected 1st-year earnings in a draw plus commission payment structure
