Buzick Industries Corp is seeking a dependable, people-first team member to join our full-time LEGO store crew in Missouri. You will help customers find the right sets, host parties, and represent us at community events while keeping the shop running smoothly.

This hands-on role anchors the customer experience, requiring a friendly, reliable attitude, the ability to lift boxes, and weekend availability. Join a local, family-friendly team that brings joy through LEGO.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, friendly personality; comfortable speaking to groups of families and PTA audiences.
• Reliable and organized; you notice what needs doing and do it.
• Cares about customers and provides a clean, welcoming space.
• Able to lift and move product boxes (retail/backroom work).
• Available 20–40 hours/week, including weekends, especially Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Host birthday parties — greet families, run build activities, engage kids.
• Set up and attend Expos, events, PTA meetings, and other functions; represent the store in the community.
• Work the sales floor — operate the POS, assist customers with purchases, upsell items.
• Ensure a positive customer experience — greet walk-ins and answer questions warmly.
• Keep the store tidy in backroom and on the floor; assist with inventory and supplies.
• Provide general store support to help the day run smoothly with the full-time team.

We're a LEGO buy-sell-trade store looking for a dependable, people-first team member to join our full-time crew. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility — you'll be a visible face of the store, helping people find just the right LEGO® set or parts, host birthday parties, represent us in the community, and keep the shop running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you'll do

• Host birthday parties — greet families, run build activities, keep kids engaged, make the experience memorable
• Setup and attend Expos, Events, PTA meetings, and other functions — display and represent the store in the community
• Work the sales floor — operate the POS, assist customers with purchases, and sell add-on items
• Customer experience — greet walk-ins, help customers find sets and minifigs, answer questions with warmth and patience
• Organization & filing — helping keep our store tidy, both in the backroom and out on the floor; inventory and supply organization, some filing.
• Inventory & supplies — assist with receiving, stocking, and tracking product and store supplies
• General store support — whatever keeps the day moving alongside the full-time team, (other duties as assigned)
