Job summary

Paradies Lagardere is seeking an Associate to deliver First Class service on the sales floor or in a support role in Austin, Texas. The role centers on putting customers first, performing needs analyses and recommending products to create a memorable shopping experience.

Responsibilities include handling transactions on the POS, assisting with receiving and transfers, maintaining store appearance, and following cash handling and loss prevention procedures.

• Understands and complies with Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures

An Associate is responsible for daily execution of the Mission Statement, which includes providing First Class Service to both internal and external customers. The Associate may perform tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment. This position ensures a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment
