Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a high-energy Sales Associate to drive memberships and support members in our Alaska studios. You’ll generate leads, follow up, and convert interest into memberships while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You’ll build relationships through proactive outreach, hit daily sales targets, and represent the BODYBAR vibe at local events. This part-time role requires evenings and weekends and reports to the Studio Manager.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to drive memberships, retail, and services.
• Fluent in English with excellent in-person, phone, and email communication.
• Passionate about fitness and customer service.
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—from bookings to outreach to membership sales.
• Be our brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and grow our community presence.
• Stay organized by keeping member bookings and interactions logged accurately.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

You’ll drive sales, support members, and bring the BODYBAR vibe to life—all while working alongside a fun, motivated team. This is a part-time role with flexible hours. The position requires occasional evening and weekend work and reports to the Studio Manager.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Goal-oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with computers and studio software
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college preferred

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
