Job summary

Gray Media in Dothan, AL is seeking a Digital Sales Assistant to support the Sales Team with digital and broadcast order entry, project management, and client onboarding. You will help pull monthly campaign performance reports and contribute to digital strategies.

Ideal candidates have at least three years of office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Wide Orbit is a plus and experience in Local Media is preferred.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in an office environment with a strong reputation for working well with others and excellent attention to detail.
• An associate's degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Computer and Internet literacy are required, with experience in Microsoft Office programs necessary, and Wide Orbit Traffic system is a plus.
• Customer service or sales support experience will be an advantage, especially within Local Media.
• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable helpful.
• A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must.
