Our TPO Division seeks a Sales Assistant Team Lead.

Note: All remote positions require minimum download speeds of 50 MBPS.

Reports To: Senior Director of Mortgage Lending

FLSA Status: Exempt

Department: Account Executives

Division: TPO

Salary Range: $70K to $80K annually plus monthly bonus

Summary: The Team Lead manages daily functions of Sales Assistants, providing leadership, training, and support. They assist Account Executives with business development, problem resolution, and administrative tasks to boost productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage pipelines and daily team functions
• Train, coach, and mentor Sales Assistants
• Maintain communication to ensure capacity levels and identify improvements
• Report team performance to management
• Assist customers and resolve loan discrepancies
• Fulfill account requirements as a Sales Assistant
• Support business development and marketing activities
• Assist with customer recertification processes
• Review pipelines and assist in loan progression
• Resolve issues to ensure efficiency
• Create reports and support data management
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies
• Manage coverage during absences
• Support conference planning and marketing
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skills:

• Excellent time management, customer relations, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and dependable
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in Windows applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
