Job Description:

The Core Property Team Lead will lead, monitor, and supervise the Captains and Activity Owners. The Team Lead will motivate the team, promote positive communication, and demonstrate flexibility. They will assist the Property Manager in decision-making, process changes, and accountability of Captains and Activity Owners. Specific qualities for success include:

- Leadership and team motivation

- Communication skills

- Flexibility and adaptability

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities, such as scheduling.
  • Delegate tasks to team members to reduce delinquency.
  • Handle customer complaints from clients or members.
  • Conduct training for newly hired team members or enhance competencies of existing members.
  • Field questions and concerns to support and improve team knowledge.
  • Implement process improvements.
  • Work with files to maintain throughput/backlog consistency if necessary.
  • Back up the Property Manager when needed.

Competencies:

  • Maintain positive relationships within the team.
  • Think critically about process improvements.
  • Handle pressure environments while maintaining a calm demeanor.

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of Subrogation and Insurance concepts.
  • Recommended 2 years of insurance experience.
