The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associates or bachelor’s degree, and experience in customer service or sales support. Weekend availability and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Foxlane Homes Philadelphia seeks an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to work alongside our experienced Sales Team. The Sales Assistant supports the New Construction Sales Team by providing exceptional customer service and assisting prospective homebuyers throughout the sales process. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, maintaining the sales office, coordinating appointments, preparing sales documentation, managing customer communications, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience from initial inquiry through closing.
