Foxlane Homes Philadelphia is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our experienced Sales Team. The role supports the New Construction Sales Team by delivering exceptional customer service and guiding homebuyers through the process, from initial inquiry to closing.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associates or bachelor’s degree, and experience in customer service or sales support. Weekend availability and strong MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service, administrative, or sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective homebuyers visiting model homes and sales centers.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online lead systems.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours, and follow-up communications.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update database.
• Assist with preparation of contracts, sales reports, and other administrative documents.
• Support marketing initiatives, community events, and model home presentations.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and community information to support the sales team.
• Ensure the sales office and model homes are organized, professional, and welcoming.
