The Sales Assistant provides essential support to our New Home Consultants (NHCs) and serves as an important part of the customer experience at our model homes. This role assists with prospect engagement, customer follow-up, sales administration, realtor relations, and model home operations.
The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with a variety of people, can manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in keeping the sales environment organized, welcoming, and professional. This role is a full-time position.
Support New Home Consultants in achieving sales goals by welcoming prospects, assisting with the discovery process, and providing information about homes and communities.
Assist with customer qualification, purchase agreements, contracts, appointments, and sales documentation.
Track prospect activity, appointments, and follow-up in Lasso.
Maintain timely and consistent follow-up with prospects from initial contact through post-closing, including scheduling return visits.
Support New Home Consultants with realtor communication and follow-up after model home visits.
Open and close model homes and ensure they are clean, organized, secure, and professionally presented.
Monitor model home interiors, exteriors, signage, sales materials, and office supplies to ensure everything is accurate, current, and well maintained.
Prepare traffic reports and assist with maintaining accurate MLS listings and community information.
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, scheduling, preparing documents, and maintaining sales records.
Welcome and assist visitors, collect prospect information, and ensure a smooth handoff to the New Home Consultant.
Maintain knowledge of community features, home plans, pricing, specifications, and available sales materials to effectively assist prospects.
