Job summary

Bowser Automotive Inc. is hiring an entry-level Sales Assistant to support the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager and help deliver an outstanding customer experience at our Pittsburgh area locations.

You will answer calls, follow up with customers, use CRM tools, and assist with sales paperwork while supporting vehicle deliveries and online lead management. This role offers opportunities for growth in a family-owned dealership environment.

The Sales Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Sales Consultant and General Sales Manager while helping deliver an outstanding experience for every Bowser Automotive customer. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow within the automotive sales industry.

What You'll Do

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to drive a manual transmission (preferred)
• Pennsylvania Sales License, or willingness to obtain one

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods (up to 12 hours per day)
