Job summary

Rent-A-Center, Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to drive sales growth through rental agreements and new customer acquisition.

You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, both in-store and at customer homes, with a focus on service quality and satisfaction. The role includes coordinating deliveries and pickups, merchandising the store, and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Deliver top-notch customer service with a “white glove” approach in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups safely and in accordance with procedures.
• Maintain an inviting, organized store appearance and teamwork.
