Job summary

o5 group in Irvine seeks a Sales Assistant to support the Senior Account Director in our work and lifestyle channel. This role focuses on back-office tasks while gaining opportunities to work directly with customers and build industry knowledge.

You will manage purchase orders, pull weekly selling reports, consolidate monthly and quarterly summaries, coordinate samples, prep customer presentations, and assist with product selection and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fashion sales or related industry.
• Clear and effective communication with all levels of management.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong workload prioritization and follow-through.
• Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders by tracking order status and ensuring timely shipments.
• Pull weekly selling reports and create category-level summaries.
• Consolidate weekly sales reports into monthly and quarterly summaries.
• Coordinate sample requests, tagging, assortment files, and follow-up.
• Pull samples and prepare them for photoshoots.
• Prepare customer presentations.
• Assist with product selection and merchandising.
