Job summary

TP-Link Systems Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a detail-oriented Shopify Sales Assistant to support day-to-day ecommerce operations for TP-Link and Omada storefronts.

You will touch product merchandising, listings, and customer engagement under guidance of the ecommerce team. This entry-point role provides hands-on experience with content management, Klaviyo campaigns, promotions, and reporting, building a foundation for growth in a fast-paced, global company that values diversity and ongoing

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ecommerce experience.
• Shopify familiarity preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Clear, friendly written communication.
• Basic spreadsheet skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Proactive, eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Store Support: maintain and update TP-Link and Omada storefronts.
• SKU & Product Setup: create listings, pricing, variants, and inventory.
• Collection Page Support: build and organize collection pages.
• Klaviyo Campaign Support: assist with email/SMS campaigns and flows.
• Customer Engagement: respond to inquiries pre- and post-sale.
• Product Launch Support: listing setup and GTM work for launches.
• Promotions & Merchandising: set up discount codes and banners.
• Basic Reporting: track storefront and campaign performance.
• Troubleshooting Support: identify issues and escalate as needed.
• Team Collaboration: work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Shopify Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day ecommerce operations of our TP-Link and Omada Shopify storefronts. This is a great entry point into ecommerce — you'll get hands-on experience with product merchandising, customer engagement, and email/SMS marketing under the guidance of the broader ecommerce team

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Store Support: Help maintain and update the TP-Link and Omada Shopify storefronts, ensuring content stays accurate and on-brand.
• SKU & Product Setup: Assist with creating and maintaining SKU-level product listings — titles, descriptions, imagery, pricing, variants, specs, and inventory — across both storefronts.
• Collection Page Support: Help build and organize collection pages, keeping navigation clean and merchandising aligned with team priorities.
• Klaviyo Campaign Support: Assist in building and scheduling Klaviyo email/SMS campaigns and flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, promotions) under direction from the management team.
• Customer Engagement: Respond to customer inquiries (pre- and post-sale) via storefront channels in a timely, friendly, and on-brand manner.
• Product Launch Support: Help with listing setup and any related GTM work for new product launches.
• Promotions & Merchandising: Support setup of discount codes, bundles, and seasonal promotions; assist with site banners and featured products.
• Basic Reporting: Help track storefront and campaign performance, flagging anything unusual to senior team members.
• Troubleshooting Support: Assist in identifying listing, inventory, or checkout issues and elevate as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations across both brands.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in ecommerce;
• Shopify Familiarity: Some exposure to Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms preferred, but not required.
• Attention to Detail: Organized, careful with data, and comfortable double-checking your own work.
• Communication: Clear, friendly written communication for customer interactions and team coordination.
• Basic Analytical Skills: Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Attitude: Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable asking questions in a fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

Salary: $65K - $80K annually
