  1. Administrative Support: Assist our sales producer with CRM lead management, reporting, and billing/enrollment audits.
  2. Client Engagement: Connect with potential clients via phone and email to follow up on inquiries, collect information, and schedule appointments.
  3. Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales and account management teams to streamline onboarding and ensure a smooth client experience.
  4. Organization & Efficiency: Juggle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and keep processes running seamlessly.
  5. Experience: Previous experience in administrative or customer service roles is a plus.
  6. Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
  8. Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is key when handling paperwork and client information.
  9. Organized & Proactive: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Positive Attitude: Eager to learn and contribute to a supportive team.
  11. Education: High school diploma required; insurance-related certifications are a plus.
