Job summary

Omega Builders is seeking a dependable Sales Assistant to support our fast-paced sales team at model homes. This full-time role focuses on helping Sales Agents close deals and maintain a welcoming showroom.

You’ll handle customer inquiries, prepare basic contracts, coordinate paperwork, and manage on-site inventory and supplies, including evenings and weekends.

Strong communication and computer skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude are essential to thrive in our growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• New home sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Team oriented and outgoing; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage walk-ins, calls, and emails to identify customer needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of communities, homes, and construction process.
• Provide timely feedback to customers and to the corporate office.
• Assist Sales Agents in meeting or exceeding monthly/annual goals.
• Prepare basic home contracts and understand financing/ closing procedures.

The Omega Builders New Home Sales Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Sales Agents in day to day duties. The primary duty of the position is to assist in making sales. The Sales Assistant will customarily and regularly be working at model homes, away from Omega's corporate offices.

Essential Duties

• Views each walk-in, call or email as an opportunity to fulfill a customer's need
• Shows knowledge of communities, homes and the construction process
• Provides timely feedback to customers and to the corporate office
• Assists Sales Agents in meeting or exceeding monthly/annual goals
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of preparing new home contracts
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of financing and closing procedures
• Assists in maintaining the condition of the model home and on-site completed inventory of homes
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Performs various clerical functions assigned by Sales Agents and Sales Manager
• Maintains signage and equipment inventory - including installation.
• Manages monthly model home supply order
• Completes monthly territory report
• Other duties as assigned
