Job summary

First American’s Direct division offers comprehensive title insurance protection and professional settlement services for real estate purchases, refinances, and equity loans. This role supports sales, processes orders, manages quotes, tracks transactions, and assists in tradeshow activities.

The position requires a NJ producer’s license, 1–2 years in Real Estate/Title, and proficiency with MS Office. High school diploma with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• New Jersey producer’s license required; licensing classes and exam provided.

Responsibilities

• Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as contract facilitation, order processing, sales quotes, sales information management, invoice reconciliation.
• Performs background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends.
• Answers questions about the organization’s products and/or services; may assist in customer service functions.
• Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding information such as market conditions, forecasting, order status, sales results, leads, sales quotas and sales representative attainment.
• Assists in tradeshow preparation and coordination.

What We Do

Essential Functions

Typical Education

License or Certification

• A New Jersey producer’s license is required. Licensing classes and the exam will be provided.

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
