Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and organizational support to the sales team
  • Assist with prospective customer inquiries and routine follow-up communication
  • Prepare sales materials, product information, and other resources for customer conversations
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and follow-up needs
  • Help organize prospective customer information and sales opportunities
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other sales-related activities
  • Provide customers with accurate information regarding products, services, and current offerings
  • Track outstanding items and assist sales team members with timely follow-up
  • Maintain current knowledge of company products, services, and sales programs
  • Assist with updating sales reports, activity records, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams on sales-related needs
  • Help ensure sales materials and information remain organized and up to date
  • Support customer acquisition and business development initiatives

Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Assistant to provide day-to-day support to our sales team and help maintain an organized and efficient sales process. This role assists with customer communication, sales preparation, follow-up activities, and administrative tasks that support new and existing business opportunities.

The Sales Assistant will work closely with sales team members to organize information, prepare materials, maintain records, and help ensure prospective and existing customers receive timely communication. This position is well suited for someone who is organized, professional, and interested in developing hands-on experience within a sales environment.
