Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels, providing knowledgeable answers about products, pricing, and availability.
• Enter orders into our order processing system, ensuring all critical details are captured accurately.
• Help manage inventory and larger orders by allocating stock appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to move slower-moving inventory.
• Provide customers with ongoing updates on the status of their orders.
• Support the sales team by answering questions and providing backup as needed.
• Build strong, lasting rapport with customers and internal teams alike.
• Collaborate across departments to make sure customer needs are met.
• Other duties as assigned.
