Kloeckner Metals - Americas is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the Fabrication Account Manager with essential administrative duties for select customer accounts.

You will handle data entry for shipping logs, PO's, pricing, and other information, and complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries from customer POs. You will help track raw material inventory and assist with orders.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal and external customers to drive Kloeckner Metals initiatives.
• Process data entry for shipping logs, POs, pricing, and related info.
• Enter sales orders based on customer POs and track orders.
• Assist with entering orders and tracking raw material inventory and transfers.
• Input production data for fabricated components for accounts as directed.
• Update daily reports and account management tools.
• Support Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary Of Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with internal and external customers to successfully drive the vision and mission of Kloeckner Metals
• Processes data entry related to shipping logs, PO's, pricing, and other information
• Complete Sales Order/Confirmation entries based on customer PO's
• Assist with entering orders and tracking raw material inventory and transfers from KMC facilities to OOP locations
• Input OOP production of fabricated components for accounts as directed
• Update daily reports and account management tools
• Assist Fabrication Account Managers with various duties as required
• Other duties as assigned
