Responsibilities

• Pursue new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
• Follow up with leads, present proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Visit residential and commercial properties to assess tree and plant health care needs and recommend services.
• Prepare clear, accurate estimates and tailored proposals.
• Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate project details with field teams to ensure service delivery.
• Maintain customer data, proposals, follow-ups, and updates in the CRM system.
