Job Summary: As a Sales Arborist, your focus will be to develop, grow, and support your assigned sales territory.

This role involves spending time with clients and prospects to diagnose and monitor landscapes, estimating jobs, and providing work estimates. You will act as a trusted advisor for property owners, contributing to the health and safety of the environment you serve. Responsibilities include setting up crews, validating work completion, ensuring customer satisfaction, obtaining referrals, networking, and developing new business.

We offer full benefits, minimum guarantees, and uncapped commission potential. Total compensation ranges from $50,000 to $250,000+ annually, depending on performance.

Role Details

In this position, you will work closely with field specialists, applying your expertise to ensure landscape health and well-being. Your responsibilities include developing and supporting your sales territory, diagnosing landscapes, estimating jobs, and acting as a trusted advisor to property owners.

You will also participate in community and industry events, such as presentations, trade shows, and community organizations, to promote landscape care and preservation.
