Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree in a technical field or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
• 5 years’ sales application engineering or technical sales in industrial automation systems.
• Demonstrated presentation skills.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills.
• Available to travel up to ~30% of the time, domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team of sales application engineers delivering technical proposals and client-ready solutions.
• Provide technical expertise, motor and drive system solutions, and competitive proposals to OEM and end-user clients.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with sales and engineering to ensure timely, accurate proposals and communications.
• Create technical content and deliver presentations at conferences and client meetings to showcase the company’s capabilities.
