• Become technically proficient in OMICRON products and solutions
• Develop, maintain, and foster customer relationships as required for assigned accounts and segments
• Manage and support manufactures representatives in the Southwest Territory, including training, forecasting and evaluation of performance
• Coordinate customer visits and activities, make presentations, demonstrate products, technologies, and test methodologies, and provide post-sale customer support
• Participate in business development, market evaluation, and sales forecasting
• Record and maintain all customer meetings, leads, opportunities, and activities per the OMICRON Sales process incorporating the CRM (customer relationship management) system
• Communicate routinely with OMICRON Sales managers and stakeholders, share customer and market data, and report status at team meetings
• Coordinate promotional activities, and participation at conferences, user meetings, seminars, and local exhibits
• Reporting to the Sales Manager, North America (West), this position is responsible for fulfilling assignments duties and supporting additional initiatives and tasks as assigned.
