Sales and Warehouse Coordinator (Project Management)
We are seeking a Customer Service/Warehouse Coordinator responsible for customer experience, sales, marketing duties, and warehouse management. The role oversees retail location operations, including retail, office, and warehousing functions.
Job Type: Full-time
Rate: $18-$20/hour
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales leads, follow up, close deals, and upsell services, maintaining accuracy in customer accounts.
- Resolve customer complaints, process payments, and manage billing adjustments.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct inventory counts, monitor stock levels, reorder as needed.
- Manage equipment and materials based on work orders, maintain records, and track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace, including receiving and storing products.
- Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work independently to meet office and location needs.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computers and software (word processing, spreadsheets, billing systems).
- Skilled with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Effective communication skills for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work independently, plan, and complete tasks timely.
- Adaptability and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle materials, including broadband operational material.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Broadband experience is a plus; sales, retail, phone support, and material handling preferred.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair customer products/services.
- Knowledge of underground service location, fiber splicing, electronics, DC power, and fiber optic equipment.
