Job summary

Acosta is seeking a part-time representative in the Austin area to promote mobile accessories through on-site demos and staff training. You will engage customers, demonstrate product features, and help maintain stock while building strong retailer relationships.

Role focuses on both on-site sales and training-led passive sales, with weekends available in Pacific Time. Prior retail or sales experience is highly valued, and a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales.
• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Full-time access to a vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Promote mobile accessories through live demos and customer engagement.
• Ensure competitive shelf placement and maintain on-site stock.
• Deliver product training to retail staff highlighting features and benefits.
• Distribute product information to drive interest and sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote mobile accessories through live demos and customer engagement.

• Ensure competitive shelf placement of client products and help maintain adequate on-site stock.

• Deliver impactful product training to retail staff, emphasizing competitive advantages and unique features.

• Distribute product information to generate interest and support sales conversion.

• Build strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to foster product advocacy and collaboration.

• Drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory – with a focus on both on-site sales and passive sales generated through store training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales.

• Passion for technology and tech solutions for at home environmental protection

• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.

• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

• Experience in in-home environmental initiatives is a plus.

• Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license required.
