Job summary

Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC is seeking a part-time Sales Support in Redmond, WA to promote mobile accessories through live demos and engage customers on-site. You will help maintain stock, train retail staff, and share product information to boost interest and conversions.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building with store staff and managers, with a focus on on-site and passive sales driven through effective training. Weekend shifts (PT) and a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Experience in in-home environmental initiatives is a plus.
• Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote mobile accessories through live demos and customer engagement.

• Ensure competitive shelf placement of client products and help maintain adequate on- site stock.

• Deliver impactful product training to retail staff, emphasizing competitive advantages and unique features.

• Distribute product information to generate interest and support sales conversion.

• Build strong relationships with retail staff and store managers to foster product advocacy and collaboration.

• Drive sales and increase market share within your assigned territory – with a focus on both on- site sales and passive sales generated through store training.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record of influencing purchasing decisions and driving sales.

• Passion for technology and tech solutions for at home environmental protection

• 3+ years of sales and/or retail experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, engaging presence.

• Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

• Experience in in-home environmental initiatives is a plus.

• Full-time access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license required.
