Position Summary

Membership Representative

Our Membership Representative is a salaried role at Sam’s Club, seeking friendly, enthusiastic individuals passionate about teaching and training associates at registers, self-checkouts, club pickup, and more. You will engage current members to utilize their benefits and develop B2B relationships to grow membership. The role can be fast-paced, especially during evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring multitasking and excellent customer service. What you'll do

• Drive membership growth by communicating goals, results, and feedback.
• Ensure signage and marketing materials related to membership are current.
• Support associate engagement through cross-functional collaboration, training, and development.
• Educate members on benefits, promote products/services, and assist with membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Support membership sales through various techniques, including field and in-club sales, cold calling, and membership drives.
• Respond to member inquiries, encourage renewals, and assist with account decisions.
• Lead and develop staff, ensuring compliance with policies and fostering a culture of belonging and integrity.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintain a clean environment, and support company initiatives.

Qualifications
