We are seeking a Sales and Service Supervisor (Assistant Community Manager) to spearhead our office operations, set new standards for quality, and ensure our residents experience luxury living. The Sales and Service Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in maintaining and executing an effective sales and marketing strategy, ensuring positive customer experiences, and coaching leasing consultants to meet community goals. This role involves leadership to create a better place to live and work.

Additional Responsibilities
  1. Assist in setting community sales goals and motivate leasing consultants to achieve them.
  2. Lease apartment homes; manage and convert prospect leads; educate residents and prospects on community information.
  3. Address and resolve customer service concerns promptly to ensure high satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Support the development and monitoring of programs to maximize revenue, control expenses, and improve customer experience.
  5. Assist residents during move-in, lease renewals, move-outs, and transfers.
  6. Visit competitive communities to stay informed on market conditions.
  7. Plan and execute resident activities and events to foster community connections.
  8. Follow all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws, especially fair housing regulations.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of multifamily or related experience in hotel, retail, or restaurant environments.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or training experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in administrative software and Microsoft Office Suite.
