Summary

We are looking for a full time, sales/service specialist who will be responsible for growing the business through new sales/up-sells and providing service to existing customers.

This role is for you if you are ambitious, want to have fun and grow quickly. The job is in-person at customer sites, with some flexibility for calls at home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following:

•Act in accordance with company mission, values, policies, and procedures.

•Actively sell services and products to new prospects (and existing customers) to enhance the customer’s brand and business.

•Strong communication, organization and follow up skills

•Comfortable in making cold calls, in person, phone or emails to develop business within a defined territory

•Enjoys developing relationships with existing and new clients

•Service machines at existing customers according to frequency, specification, and Aire-Master standards

•Responsive to client inquires and willingness to go the extra mile to strengthen Aire-master as a service oriented company

•Maintain a professional appearance (wearing company attire) and keep company equipment with same professional appearance

•Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous sales and customer service experience (preferred)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to use step ladder to service machines
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs.
