The Sales and Service Manager will report to the District Manager and oversee day‑to‑day operations at a self‑storage location, ensuring excellent customer service, accurate payment processing, and proper property maintenance.

Job Details

• Job Title: Sales and Service Manager
• Reports to: District Manager
• FSLA Status: Non‑Exempt
• Position Status: Full‑time
• Location: Commerce - Olympic, CA
• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM – subject to change; ability to work on weekends
• Pay Range: $21.50 to $22.00 per hour
• Travel: 0‑10% of the time

Job Description

• Effectively market and sell self‑storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Conduct daily property walks to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Process payments accurately and handle cash
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to perform essential functions

Requirements

• Effective 5/7/25: MUST have a Real ID or Passport to travel to San Antonio training center

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Walk time in and around the property up to 50% outdoor, including stairs and large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal
