Kamco Supply Corp of Boston is seeking a full-time Sales and Service Administrator for its Kamco Lock Solutions division, located out of our Londonderry office. Hours are M-F 7am-4pm Daily
The primary role of this position is to assist with the organization of office operations and procedures focused on the departments of Sales and Service.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist with incoming phone calls and answer customer inquiries
- Take counter sales orders
- Schedule orders for delivery as needed
- Assist with inventory
- Run monthly reports, review, and distribute to sales staff
- Research order and payment issues
- Work with credit and other departments as needed
- Maintaining office equipment and purchase order files
- Other administrative duties may be assigned as business conditions change or as needed.
Data Entry: Sales orders, transfers, purchase orders, and customer payment posting. Reconciliations of petty cash, daily over the counter paperwork, and daily cash receipts.
Requirements
- Prior Administration experience preferred
- Strong communication skills necessary
- Must be proficient in Microsoft, along with excellent computer skills
- Must have an aptitude for numbers and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with others
- Knowledge of Sales or Service processes preferred
