Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Specialist, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.

  • Provide customer support via telephone and/or Internet (instant message, email).
  • Handle inquiries and resolve support issues, such as address changes, orders, warranties, or billing. For product-related issues, escalate to Product Support.
  • Support customers by phone, email, or chat, serving as the primary contact and escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Process a high volume of inquiries and resolve a targeted percentage.
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identify root causes, and use tools/resources to resolve issues.
  • Escalate unresolved problems, follow up, and document support requests accurately.
  • Update customer information and ensure data accuracy.
  • Meet quality standards, adhere to schedules, and manage handle time.
  • Mentor less experienced associates as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
