Sales and Product Demonstration Specialist

Position Overview

ECHO is seeking a Sales and Product Demonstration Specialist based in the Southwest to promote sales, marketing, and service support activities across CA, AZ, NV, and NM. Recent college graduates with a Business Degree or related field are encouraged to apply.

This remote position involves travel using a company-provided vehicle, with approximately 1-3 overnight stays per week. The salary ranges from $75,000 to $80,000 depending on skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage sales at key accounts, regional accounts, and dealerships.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through product demonstrations for golf courses, commercial end users, municipalities, cities, and park districts to generate sales via local dealers.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, dealer events, open houses, and customer appreciation events.
  • Provide training sessions for dealers, regional/national accounts, and end users within the territory.
  • Support sales programs and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence.
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain company assets.
  • Travel within the designated territory using a company vehicle.
  • Contribute to business growth and customer base expansion.
  • Meet or exceed sales and performance objectives.
  • Work collaboratively within a team and uphold professional conduct.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in field sales or product demonstrations preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with outdoor power equipment and landscaping experience is desirable.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
  • Mechanical aptitude and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and 100 lbs. occasionally.
  • Strong communication, self-motivation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges professionally.
Additional Details
