The pay range for this position is $83,440-$114,730 Salary with an opportunity for bonus. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location.

About the Role: Sales & Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager to lead our high-performing team of Product Experts (inside sales representatives). Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales & Services, this person will oversee sales operations, drive performance metrics, and build a world-class customer experience culture.

If you’re a strong people leader with a background in phone sales, DME, or direct-to-consumer retail, and you’re passionate about helping people live more independently—you’ll thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales team; motivate and support a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Recruit & Develop Talent: Hire, train, and coach sales professionals to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Drive Sales Excellence: Monitor KPIs, guide underperformers, and recognize top talent. Ensure consistency in messaging, follow-ups, and service standards.
  • Optimize Operations: Manage staffing schedules and ensure coverage to reduce abandon rates and maintain peak responsiveness.
  • Train with Purpose: Oversee new hire onboarding and ongoing product knowledge training in collaboration with merchandising.
  • Analyze & Report: Partner with Finance to generate transparent, accurate commission reporting.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Serve as the sales team’s voice in strategic meetings. Partner with merchandising, customer service, and operations to improve the customer journey.
  • Ensure Compliance: Uphold Numotion’s mission, values, and leadership principles in every aspect of your work.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience leading inside or phone sales teams
  • Demonstrated success in team coaching, talent development, and sales performance management
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM/sales enablement tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a quiet, dedicated workspace

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or healthcare industry
  • Familiarity with mobility products and adaptive equipment
  • Experience with process improvement systems or project management tools
