SugaringLA was founded to provide clients with an elevated, more effective treatment for hair
removal, and is now set to upend the beauty industry. Using all natural, organic products,
sugaringLA uses the traditional method of sugaring to remove hair with a modern twist. We
value care and are looking for a Studio Manager that can contribute and foster this value each
day in our studio.
We’re looking for an energetic individual that is looking to jump start their sales career in the
organic skin care space! The Sales and Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to directly
impact studio growth by building awareness of the sugaringLA brand, identifying and attracting
new client leads and ultimately driving first-time visitors to our Shops at Legacy studio in Plano.
Responsibilities
● Developing and managing a comprehensive proactive sales and marketing plan
● Engaging new potential client leads through networking events, influencer events,
community and industry events, social media tactics, and grassroots sales efforts
● Calling, emailing and DM’ing potential future sugaringLA clients
● Developing and nurturing pipeline of leads, from both inbound and outbound sources
● Creating engaging content and managing studio’s presence on multiple social media
platforms
● Building and managing social media influencer relationships
● Creating small business partnership opportunities and events
● Supplementary support of front-desk responsibilities
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
● 4 year college education preferred, local universities preferred
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Desire and ability to engage with and build relationships with potential clients effectively
● Strong proficiency with technology and excellent knowledge of social media platforms
● Established local Plano network and social media presence highly preferred
● Confident, energetic and outgoing communication style
● Desire to learn and grow!
Hours and Expectations
● Hourly position + uncapped commissions
● Part time 20+ hours a week (flexible for the right candidate)
● Work time will be spent in studio, out in the community, at events and from home as
needed
● The sales and marketing specialist will need a reliable laptop to work from when working
outside of the studioHours and Expectations
