About Geonexus

About The Role

Geonexus is hiring a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support our go-to-market efforts. This blended role is approximately 75% marketing and 25% sales support. You’ll contribute to marketing campaigns, content creation, event planning, and brand promotion, while also supporting lead research, outreach, and CRM management to help drive pipeline growth. You’ll work closely with the VP of Revenue Operations and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns and track results.

This role is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, takes direction well, and thrives in a remote-first, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

• Support campaign execution, webinars, and content creation
• Manage marketing assets, email workflows, and CRM data
• Write blog posts, emails, and social media content
• Assist with lead research, outreach, and sales team scheduling
• Help coordinate events and follow-up communications
• Track performance metrics and maintain Zoho CRM records
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–4+ years in marketing or sales support (B2B or SaaS preferred)
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing tools (Zoho, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
