We're looking for a driven and creative Sales and Marketing Specialist to help us grow our presence and boost sales locally and online.

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategies that attract new customers, build partnerships, and drive revenue. This role combines in-person sales, digital marketing, customer engagement, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (email, social media, in-store promotions)

Manage and grow our online presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business)

Generate and follow up on sales leads (B2C and B2B)

Build relationships with interior designers, real estate agents, and furniture stores

Organize showroom visits, events, and promotions

Assist in creating marketing materials and updating product catalogs

Provide excellent customer service and close sales in the showroom


Requirements:

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (furniture or home décor a plus)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Familiar with digital marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.)

Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Comfortable with in-person and online customer interaction

Fluent in English; other languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Spanish) are a plus
