Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, sales-driven Customer Service Representative to join our Orlando-based team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to customer growth while representing a brand that is committed to creating a positive impact. As a key player in our customer service team, you will be responsible for driving face-to-face sales, building long-term customer relationships, and providing exceptional service at events and in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth & Retention: Proactively drive customer sales and retention by identifying needs, promoting products/services, and delivering top-notch service to foster lasting relationships.
  • Event Sales Representation: Represent the brand at various events in Orlando, showcasing products and closing sales with potential customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Customer Acquisition: Seek out new opportunities to expand the customer base through targeted outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Consultative Support: Offer tailored solutions to customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and guidance on how our services can best meet their unique needs.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of product offerings, ensuring all customer interactions are informative, accurate, and focused on adding value.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in retail or event environments, is preferred but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
