Job summary

Sagora Senior Living’s Rio Terra community in New Braunfels, TX seeks a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will build relationships with residents, families, and referral sources while coordinating events and tours with the corporate team.

The role requires strong sales leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with various teams to maintain 100% occupancy in a supportive senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Experience in Senior Housing or Hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to meet and maintain occupancy and sales goals.
• Strong communication and professional ethics.
• Proficiency with MS Office and lead management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community.
• Increase and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production.
• Build and maintain partnerships for outreach and lead generation.
• Conduct presentations and tours with prospects and close sales.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospective residents.
• Coordinate community advertising with Home Office marketing team.
• Serve as manager on duty at the community as assigned.

What does a Sales and Marketing Director at Sagora do?

• Work closely with the corporate office to develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community

• Professional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and lead management software
• Must have the ability to work well under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time effectively
• High degree of initiative and creativity, good judgment, and professional ethics
• Strong management skills and be ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Must possess or be willing to acquire a valid driver's license to drive on company time as needed
