Sagora Senior Living, Inc. seeks a dynamic Sales and Marketing Director to drive occupancy and revenue for its The Veraden community in Edmond, OK.

You will lead strategic sales initiatives, develop partnerships, and guide tours and presentations to convert leads into new residents, while maintaining relationships with families and referral sources. The role emphasizes team collaboration, resident-focused service, and a strong emphasis on community outreach and advertising coordination with the

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Senior Housing or Hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet and maintain occupancy and other sales goals.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to motivate and develop associates.
• Must have the ability to drive on company time as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute overall marketing and sales plans for the community.
• Increase and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production.
• Build and maintain partnerships for outreach and lead generation.
• Complete presentations and tours with prospects and close sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and referral sources.
• Coordinate community advertising with the Home Office marketing team.
