Job summary

Sagora is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director for one of its Texas communities to lead the strategy that drives occupancy and revenue. You will collaborate with the corporate office to implement the community marketing plan, build partnerships, and guide the sales team through presentations, tours, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include maintaining occupancy targets, developing referral networks, and coordinating events while managing a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales role is required.
• Experience in Senior Housing or Hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Ability to meet occupancy and sales goals.
• Professional communication and ability to motivate and develop associates.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office and lead management software.
• Ability to work under stress, complete assignments accurately, work independently, and manage time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and sales plan for the community.
• Increase and maintain occupancy levels and revenue production.
• Build and maintain partnerships for community outreach and lead generation.
• Complete presentations and tours with prospects and close sales.
• Develop relationships with residents, families, and professional referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate large activities for residents and prospective residents.
• Coordinate community advertising with Home Office marketing team.
• Serve as manager on duty at the community as assigned.
