Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional events, showroom displays, and marketing materials.
• Respond to customer inquiries in-person, by phone, and via email professionally.
• Track and report on sales metrics, marketing performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate customer and lead information.
