Redbridge is a global Debt & Treasury advisory firm that helps corporations optimize their bank relationships and financial performance. Acting as a strategic extension of our clients' treasury departments, we provide deep market insight, data analysis, structuring, and negotiation expertise. Our clients represent a wide variety of industries, including retail, industrials, insurance, technology, real estate, municipalities, and hospitality.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Administrator. In this role, you will support our sales and marketing efforts through the execution of impactful events and administrative support of the sales process. You will be a key contributor to Redbridge’s brand visibility across the U.S., helping to plan and manage a wide range of events, while also providing direct support to Relationship Managers and the Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities

Event Coordination & Marketing Support

  • Plan, manage, and execute corporate events such as tradeshows, roundtables, webinars, podcasts, product launches, and conferences.
  • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, including vendor coordination, timelines, budgets, materials, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to increase event attendance and engagement.
  • Develop pre-event planning documents and post-event recaps, including analysis of outcomes, budget reconciliation, and attendee feedback for leadership reporting.

Sales Administration & Support

  • Assist Relationship Managers throughout the sales cycle, including account research, meeting preparation, and participation in virtual meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute legal and commercial documentation such as NDAs, proposals, and contracts.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
