Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Logan, UT is seeking a full-time Sales and Lot Assistant to own vehicle merchandising and lot operations. You will present vehicles, photograph inventory, and maintain an orderly lot. The role supports the service and sales teams and may involve moving vehicles as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Experience photographing vehicles and presenting them well.
• Strong attention to detail in lot organization and display.

• Must be able to work full-time and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and present vehicles on the lot.
• Take and manage vehicle photos.
• Maintain organization and flow of the lot.
• Keep new/used lots neat and orderly; move cars per management.
• Support service and sales teams; pick up/deliver vehicles as needed.
• Clean and detail vehicles for customers; oversee part-time lot technicians.
• Assist with other dealership needs as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle merchandising and lot presentation
• Taking and managing vehicle photos
• Maintaining overall organization and flow of the lot
• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly
• Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards
• Assists supporting the service and sales teams as directed
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management
• Clean and detailer vehicles on lot and for customers
• Assisting with oversight of part-time lot technicians
• Supporting additional dealership needs as assigned

Qualifications:

• History of excellent attendance and work performance
• Previous dealership, merchandising, or related experience preferred
• Proficient in photography
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take on leadership responsibilities
• Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record required)
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Be able to work full-time
