Job summary

Young Automotive Group is hiring a Lot Technician in Utah to maintain the vehicle inventory, organize the lot, and support both sales and service teams. The role offers paid training and a pathway for career growth within a family-owned culture.

Responsibilities include keeping lots neat, moving vehicles per managers’ directions, and assisting with deliveries. Eligible candidates will have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.

Qualifications

• History of excellent attendance and work performance.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence and memos.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Valid Driver’s License (good driving record required).
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly.
• Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Assists with cleaning the shop and supporting the service and sales teams as needed.
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management.
• Assists with other tasks on a Group level as instructed by your manager.
