Job summary

Young Honda Logan is seeking a full-time Sales and Lot Assistant to take ownership of vehicle merchandising and lot operations on-site. The role offers real career growth in a family-focused dealership culture with excellent employee benefits.

Responsibilities include merchandising, photographing inventory, maintaining lot order, and supporting sales and service teams. A valid driver’s license and full-time availability are required.

Qualifications

• Past experience in dealership merchandising or related role is preferred.
• Proficient photography skills for vehicle images.
• Strong attendance and steady work history.
• Detail-oriented with a mindset for organized lot presentation.
• Ability to take on leadership tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise vehicles and maintain appealing lot presentation.
• Take and manage vehicle photos for inventory.
• Maintain overall organization and flow of the lot.
• Keep new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly.
• Move cars per manager instructions according to display standards.
• Assist service and sales teams as directed.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to customers and for off-site sales.
• Clean and detail vehicles on the lot and for customers.
• Oversee part-time lot technicians as needed.
• Support other dealership needs as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle merchandising and lot presentation
• Taking and managing vehicle photos
• Maintaining overall organization and flow of the lot
• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly
• Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards
• Assists supporting the service and sales teams as directed
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management
• Clean and detailer vehicles on lot and for customers
• Assisting with oversight of part-time lot technicians
• Supporting additional dealership needs as assigned

Qualifications:

• History of excellent attendance and work performance
• Previous dealership, merchandising, or related experience preferred
• Proficient in photography
• Attention to detail
• Ability to take on leadership responsibilities
• Valid Driver’s License (clean driving record required)
• Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
• Be able to work full-time
