Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Utah is seeking a Lot Technician to keep the vehicle lot neat, organize inventory, assist with deliveries, and support the sales and service teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

No prior dealership experience is required; we offer paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed. This full-time role comes with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth in a family‑owned culture.

Qualifications

• Excellent attendance and reliable work history.
• Ability to read simple instructions and memos.
• Attention to detail in handling vehicle inventory.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Keeps new/used vehicle lots neat and orderly.
• Moves cars as directed by Managers in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Assists with cleaning the shop and supporting the service and sales teams as needed.
• Picks up vehicles from and delivers vehicles to customers and off-site sales as directed by management.
• Assists with other tasks on a Group level as instructed by your manager.
