Join Our Dahl Toyota Team in Winona, MN as a Sales and Leasing Consultant!

If you have previous sales and/or customer service experience, we invite you to apply. In this important position, you will work with customers to help them find the new or used vehicle that meets their needs and wishes.

Responsibilities
  1. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
  2. Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  3. Continuously develop product and sales knowledge to become a vehicle authority. Know the details of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
  4. Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  5. Follow up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
  6. Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
  7. Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
  8. Bring a positive attitude and your best effort to work every day.
Qualifications
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Willingness to learn new product details quickly and eagerness to improve.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience, with preference for automotive sales experience (not required).
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
